"Why," you ask? Because we want profile pages to have freedom of customization, but also to have some consistency. This way, when anyone visits a deviant, they know they can always find the art in the top left, and personal info in the top right.

I never wanted to be an artist. I still wait for the day that my hands resist holding the stem of a brush – one of the many burdens I have been cursed with. I never wanted to be an artist and yet I have a great deal of reverence for those who consider themselves artists. I consider them somewhat of celebrities. Like a schoolgirl who had dreamt about being an aspiring actress, but never have I told my conscious self of that dream.
